4.0L prerunner auto transmission/garage clean out

Any idea if the actuator is good on the front diff?

 

Is the front diff the same that comes out of a 05-11 trd sport?

 

Yes the actuator is good, I have opened it up to make sure everything is good inside. I personally opt to delete the front actuator and leave it engaged all the time though.

 

Yes it is, the gears are 3.73

 

I would like to get the Diff from you. I live at 88101. Ive used greyhound shipping in the past for very reasonable rates and if their still doing it then Maybe this would work.

Any CV axles laying around? I need one I can rip apart for its inner joint.

 

No sorry, personally I use the rock auto heavy duty cardone with outboard boots they work well and the fins on the boots dont rub at angles

 

What year truck did the transmission come out of? A570E? Are you willing to sell just the valve body? Debating if I want a core to send to IPT.

Bump, does anyone have any advice for how I can get rid of this trans?

 

Are these the same transmissions that are in a trd sport 4x4?

 

It's the same up until the back where it connects to the tcase, but this trans has a slip that conects directly to the rear driveshaft. I have seen fitment kits to connect this trans to a tcase and in hindsight I probably could have looked into that instead of getting a 4x4 trans

 

Had the same issue. Just not a market for A750E transmissions. Maybe try to get $100 from a local junkyard? Im using my for parts since the F and E are the same except for the tail.
