    We have like 7 of those big Manitowoc ice machines at work. I used to use with my big tumbler, but last year I decided not to use any of them for obvious reasons. 500 different people touching them, uhh no...

    Ours are all unplugged, same reason.
    I change the water filter out on the one maintenance uses. That filter went several years before I changed it.
