Anything with a good warranty included. I go for the duralast golds at autozone. Don't bother with those overpriced optimas if you don't have a winch to run.

Just bought a Optima Yellow Top at Autozone and right now they have some sort of christmas deal going on right now to where you can get 20% off. Just bought mine and my trucks electronics have never felt so alive! If you don't believe me ask Krooks... He has a great setup with his and click this link and read what they offer!
    http://www.optimabatteries.com/optima_products/yellowtop/index.php

After this battery i don't think i'll ever own anything less! You get what you pay for!

I ended up going with one from my work, I got it at employee price, and it comes 12 month free replacement. It is stronger than OE battery, and the OE lasted almost 6 years, so hopefully this one will do the same!

+1 Also Die Hard Platinum and Odyssey are both made by the same company Enersys, they are same battery with a different packaging.

I would not buy a Optima, too many issues with then.

You sir, are an idiot. Both batteries use the same technology and are of similar quality. Optima rolls up the mat in a series of tubes/circular prisms. Die Hard Platinum stacks flat mats into a single rectangular prism. The Die Hard wastes less space so they are higher capacity and heavier for the same battery type. Thats the only difference.

you sir, are a jackass. I work for sears auto and damn near every diehard platnum we sell, comes back defective within 6 months. Dont fucking tell me a line of bullshit.

I had put a USED optima redtop in my truck @ 3-4 years old, and it lasted me another 2 years before I was diagnosing a starter and bought a new yellow top..Its now been 2 years with my yellow top with zero problems, even with my two 10" subwoofers powered by a 2000 watt amp that I like to listen to, loudly. Theres something to say when employess dont put Diehards in there personal vehicles.

flip back to 2009. Happens sometimes as aftermarket equip makers get website info drops for various brands from a third party. Their data are just a little stale.
