I do agree I will skip the boot slide part. I figure with high angle boots, and given my stock boot ribs had plenty of gap between I’ll leave it be.

 

Are the hubs pressed in on the GX? This may be the move once I move into the new place

 

Yes, the wheel bearings are pressed into the hubs.

Seems like most here are driving the 470. I’ve looked at a few 17/18 460s recently. Anything major to look out for? Would he daily driver with minimal off-road use, mostly fire roads, camping, fishing/hunting spots, boat/trailer tow, etc.

 

make sure the timing cover isn’t leaking.
