Haha no worries! I was like uhhhh.

let me know though, he has a pretty set work schedule so we have limited dates, but that’s also before @Bannerman has a kiddo and can most likely make it.

Cool you got to ride Windrock. What was your favorite trail? Windrock XC is also excellent riding despite the boring name - effectively they are downhill trails you pedal to the top .

Yeah of course I can host. I am unavailable May 8 weekend.

Well Friday while I was there we never went all the way to the top. So can't comment on windmill or the other one.

They're all fun, pumping off of the berms on Talladega is awesome, but man those braking bumps are hardcore. Flat pedals didn't disappoint though.

I enjoyed Caveboy, I never took Middle Finger from the top which is kind of disappointing, but no one I followed ever went that way. However I believe at some point I had taken every trails midpoint down even if I never started the beginning.

One of my favorite parts was this tech downhill rocks, I didn't do the redbull drop or step up, I'd like to have someone to follow into that my first time. I plan to hit it next time there though.
The whoops, or rhythm section was crazy how fast it wanted you to go through there.

Hell yea! I got out yesterday when the storm was approaching. About 1-2" on the ground and absolutely perfect! The dry air and super cold temps kept the snow sticky and dry. My bike didn't even get wet lol. I was turning lap times as fast as the weekend before when the dirt was showing, albeit a little greasy from some warming.

Did you make a thread? Was out of town last week

Good deal. Full runs are the tits and much preferred but don't happen as often, especially with the dick shuttle driver guy. Sounds like you were able to ride adequately and have some fun. Windrock is not for the weak and requires competency to have a good time on any trail outside of Talladega

There was no one really requesting to go to the top. I just looked at trailforks for the mountain, and yeah we crossed into several trails midways because they all touch at some point down the mountain. One lap turn left one lap turn right.

I’m comfortable in certain situations lol.

The coin is to make people thing I’m good when loading and unloading. Although I’m one of the only ones rocking Costco pants and Shirt at Windrock. Costco does sell stretchy pants lol.
