'Nother vote for Toyos. Running the ATIII on my 4Runner, had the ATII on my Tacoma and really liked them.

 

That was my reasoning behind it too. Figured at the price I had to give them a shot.

I dont care for the style or the cost. I guess I have no "taste". Billy Joel said you can't dress trashy unless you spend a lot of money. He was right.

 

I put the Yokos on about 3K ago...absolute geckos on the trail and pretty quiet. They are significantly narrower than the advertised size, though.

I may give the Maxxis RAZR MT a go for the next set...

I saw that in their specs.. more narrow than the others. Which isn't a bad thing imo..

At one point I was interested in the Kenda Klever RT in a skinny 35.

Sizing, wheel width, tread depth, price, weight.

 

Now, thats a tire thats had my eye one. The one caveat I have with them. Is better have a matching spare. Take one out, its not as easily obatainable like a Toyo or Yokohama or Cooper tire.

Arent Toyo and Cooper the only Made in America tire's left?

 

Does factory Bed Cover lock? I have an Mx4 but honestly I only have it on there abt 20% of the time. Thought process was pickup the extra funds and just use OEM so I also have the rails in stock location meaning I can use some of the brackets for mounting axes/shovels etc inside of the bed.

 

Just locks like any tonneu cover. Have to open the tail gate to release the handles.

Nice. He was telling about that kit. But from seeing it. Probably cant make it work with my bumper.
BTW, I know a ledge on Poison Spider where you will hit that....or there's the easy way.
