Cooked it on the grill.

Brined 1 pound of chicken breasts in salt and water for a couple hours.

Drained and rinsed off salt. Rubbed with onion powder, garlic powder, red chili powder, black pepper, parsley and extra virgin olive oil.

Got grill rolling with hardwood briquettes and oak wood chips.

Cooked chicken in one of my skillets on the grill. Once chicken was done, I added 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 cup of parmesan and 3 tablespoons of garlic powder.

I’m alive, barely. Even with the blower, that was a lot of snow.

Few years back with the heavy snow and the drift I had to run the blower a couple times to get down to the cement without the snow falling on top of the chute. NOT fun.

 

I had to do 1/2 passes on low. Was too deep for my shitty blower. Any faster it would bog down, and then fall in the cleaned area if I tried to take full passes.

I just realized I forgot to use butter (I would recommend un salted because of the brined chicken).

I will be buying a blade for my 4 wheeler for next year. Then i can have a little fun at least.

 

Mine had the power it was just too high over the chute in the drift areas so it just was not working well. It was one of those days when I walked in the house looked at the wife and said we should have spent the extra $40k for the heated driveway.
