Yes. Depending on which TRD model you have (Sport, Pro), you will also get a little bit of lift out of the front - about 1" I believe.

I've heard they're might be a lift? Is that true? Will there be any other difference?

is this going to be an issue?

All shocks, struts, leafs, and upper control arms from a 3rd gen will fit the 2nd gen. Only the front coils will provide lift (1"). Lower control arms will not fit.

Issue? You mean the LCA not fitting?

    No.

But the only way I'd go to the effort is if the '16 bits were low mileage and the '14 has worn out high mileage parts.

The '16 is now 5 years old, and could easily have lots of miles, not making the swap worth the effort.

I would also argue that the 16 leaf is no better than the 14 in quality, barring the wear issue I mentioned maybe making them better.

Being told they only have 250 miles on them. Mine are bottomed out and just got new control arms and tires put on. Really just want to avoid anymore damages. What do you think?

Your whats are bottomed out? Miles on your truck?

So the seller took them off when the truck was almost new and they've been on the shelf all this time?

It could be a great deal for you. But the price should be pretty low, as the market for OE parts like this is pretty slim.

My shocks and struts have 106,000on them. Got the truck used at 82,000. It bottoms out on a small speed bump. They guy only wants 220 for them...

Yeah buddy.. he was going to run an errand on my side of town so we'd meet up. Hahaha that's the plan... So you think it's a good deal for me? Just don't want to wait and ruin my truck.
