I have used the Hammer Hangers and Archive Garage SUA set-up with Deavers for 2 years. No issues and have not found anything I would rather have so far. Great support and top notch craftsmanship. You cannot go wrong, get off the fence and jump in!

I've been AG equipped for a while now and no complaints on fit and finish and of course performance so it was a no brainer with the tundra 10.5" axle swap to stay with AG parts to make it happen...

    Hammer hangers V2
07+ Tundra U-bolt flip kit w/ super bumps
AG Shock Relocation w/ axle mounts opened up to 3.5" OD
AG Tacoma leaf spring perches opened up to 3.5" OD

Just curious as yo why you did the axle swap? I assume has a wider width. Was it for additional strength?

A few different reasons, but to be honest mostly because I just wanted to. The idea of intertwining Toyota parts to accomplish a goal intrigues me. Same reason why I want to do a 3UZ swap with a manual trans in the future. Although, yes I know that my truck is not entirely toyota parts.

With the tundra axle, I accomplish a few things
-wider stance to match front LT track width
-Strength with 10.5” ring gear and 36 spline axle shafts
-gearing from 3.73 to 4.30 (I have a manual trans)
    -Drum brakes to disc brakes
-Single piece Driveshaft w/ 1350 spicer joints

How are you liking the tundra swap? Debating similar in the near future. What brakes did you go with on the setup?

Skimming through the thread do you need to remove the leaf pack from the axles, or will just removing from the hangars and shackles (if removing) be good enough? Waiting on a crossbar but also have the truck on stands due to a blown rear so it perfect timing to tackle these.

Its still in process. Truck isn't driven in the winter so I've only driven it once around the block. I'm just using oem tundra brakes.

You don't have to remove the leaf packs to install Hh, but leaves can be in the way of cutting off the stock hangers, so might need to raise lower the axle
