Made some bushings to fit these larger holes and stuck some 1/2” threaded rod through them. Hopefully I can get them lined up and all be the same.

After eyeballing the sample I think I’m over thinking this. It’s crooked.

 

I used one in physical therapy about 3 years ago, ended up buying my own from Walgreens for about $30. They send small electrical pulses into your muscles, helps work out the soreness.

I recommend sombra cream, my pt turned me on to it after my last surgery , just don’t use it and then sweat, it will hurt

Gotcha, didn’t know what it was called. Had that done on my neck a few times when I went for physical therapy on it. I have 3 bulging disc in it on top of each other, it didn’t help that.

It didn’t work on my shoulder impingement, but it felt good! Ended up with surgery on both shoulders and had 1/4” of bone ground out.
