SAME results! Or at least it's good to me.
I have a charcoal, hopper fed grill/smoker. Charcoal is more expensive that pellets and doesn't last as long. Which is why it's hard to smoke for that 6-8 hours. The charcoal runs out. But I do love that flavor!

Stripped out the worm gear and carrier on my brand new spring compressor last night. So now I have to go get that death trap rental tool from Advance Auto.

Ummmmmm yeah I'm not getting that fancy. Throw them on the baking sheet wrap cook low and slow then unwrap crank it to broil and let it get a little crust works pretty good.

I dont know. I'm in Steele Creek. I just rented the tool (online) and will go pick it up once I unwrap these ribs. If I can't get these to work I'm pretty sure @ajohnson has a set too and he works near me.

Yea, no idea where he lives all I know is every time I show up to Matt’s he’s rushes over fresh out of the shower, haircut, wearing cologne... think I gave him the wrong impression one day.

Yeah it does I make a dry rub and put a couple tablespoons of liquid smoke in with a splash of vinegar in the bottom of the sheet pan and it gets a little smokey flavor nothing like the real thing though.

That and smoked paprika are vital. It works pretty good. I add a little to my chili too. DON'T use a lot this is one of those things that less is more.

The fact that you're using a couple tablespoons is blowing my mind, but I guess its not coming in contact other than *smoke*
