LCA bushing? Ball joint, sway bar, wheel bearing, cross member. Could be a lot of things.

For the LCA have someone turn the wheel to full lock to lock while you watch the bushings for excessive movement. For the wheel bearing and ball joints. Jack the front end up and put on jack stands and grab the wheels at 12 and 6 and push pull. Any movement is bad. For the sway bar. You can check while doing the LCA check. For the cross members grab a wrench and start tightening bolts. Also check your motor mounts. To check them put your truck in gear with your foot on the brake and give it some gas slowly and torque the motor. Do this in drive and reverse. Look for excessive movement

I was shipped the wrong parts so I’m still waiting. Except now, my truck is torn apart.

I had a similar problem with my truck, ended up being sway bar hitting the strut and my LCA bolts being loose. Are you lifted what’s your set up?

I’d put money on something is loose braddah, after 155k miles stuff like that can happen, I know others mentioned the LCA bolts already have you tried that ?

You have no clue. I’ve been waiting for this lady to find a box large enough to ship both control arms together for over a week now. I told her I could have easily found one and shipped it to here way easier if it was so damn hard to find. I had the wrong parts shipped back to them within a day.

I’m back... After having all upper control arm bushings and uniballs replaced, (total chaos) along with new lower control arms and everything torqued to spec, something has changed. It may have been the LCA’s because I didn’t have them torqued to spec upon installation due to needing an alignment. Not nearly the same amount of popping after the alignment. Next up, I’m going to tackle radiator support bushings and cab bushings. I’m starting to really lean towards RSB’s being the clunking/popping but the LCA’s definitely helped with said noises.

I had a clunking sound ...after having everything checked it turned out to be the driver's side rear leaf spring. The TSB replacement spring cracked at the bushing. You could not see the crack .New leaf springs and no more clunk.
