They don't have to drill the rockers - there are access grommets that allow full coverage. However the doors have to be drilled. They were able to do my '19 Taco as well as our '13 Tundra rockers without drilling.

Why do you endorse the closure of Creditstone Auto Parts? Thought you liked the place

    another SCS F5...

most of those spline lugs have it flare out that way since they are thinner than your traditional lugs. the lugs help center them onto the hub since 90% of rims out there use standard sized holes for mounting.

Thanks @Shveet. I was wondering if I should be using the ones like below.
They have an extra bit under the flare.

I dont have the same rims as you, but these are the lugs nuts I have. With the extra bit under the flare.

Awesome new rims and tires btw!

oh i didn't realize there was a difference and that's what you meant... (i have the spline lugs similar to the one you just posted) where there is a bit under that bulge. not like in that first image.

Those are called an ET SPline, ET standing for extra threads for what i can find

The best i can find is this to explain the difference "ET" for "extended Thread" or "Extra Thread"
    upload_2021-2-2_20-57-8.jpg
they are both basically the same - just the ones with the longer section at the bottom of the bulge (that we all seem to use) hides in the width of the rim's metal as well...extra threading to hold the rim in place. I'd probably use the old ones @cwisema implying if they fit correctly. but functionally they appear to be the same.

After market rims tend to be thicker and not have as many threads sticking threw on the stud.

With out the 'Extra Threads' on mine there would not be enough threads that seat to hold it on. It is required for lots of after market rims I believe.
