Exactly what he explained. Hips out and is tied into muscle in the back.

    Yup...

Several years ago when I was hunting, I stepped into a 16" deep hole in the woods (was covered with leaves and totally surprised me). Didn't really bother me at the time but later that evening I noticed I was standing crooked and bent at the hip.

Went to my Dr (he's a DO) and he said when I stepped into that hole, my leg muscles tightened up in anticipation of hitting bottom...sort of like survival mode. My hamstring had contracted so much and it was pulling down so hard on my lower back muscles...my right leg was 1" lower than left. But all the pain was in my lower back. He did several sessions of manipulations that helped. And I did some stretches at home. Every now and then, it'll flare up again and I do those stretches.

I've been considering a chiropractor to solve it for good.

Over the years my left leg became shorter until I wore out the joint.
So when they replaced it they set me up even again.
My back ached for 3 months.
When I sat down my left knee was 1 inch ahead of the right.
That’s how much my hips had twisted over the years.
So after a year I stopped limping and got back in sync.
    Freaky

Fellas I'm sorry I posted the gun was up for sale. It may be at some point, but not right away. Only thing in my mind last night was being told of some more bullshit my former family was trying to pull. None of them will ever get any of my guns. I will chop saw the guns into pieces first.:mad::mad::mad:

Anyway, after I shoot 40 rounds I will send the brass to wilcam47, he posted 1st.

No worries @CurtB , totally understandable. Just tell them they're all gone sold already and mind their own business.
Hang on to them. I think it may have been a post creed started about firearms you miss the most. Well the more thought I gave that...regret every damn one of them!

That's not fun having back issues. Mine was acting up a little yesterday as well but not feeling too bad today.

Yeah it's still hurting, it's not as bad as it could be though. Thankful for that!

I hope your feeling better soon.

Do you only have soup for lunch, then? Or do you eat with your hands?
