Damn Matt, 2 years is a long time. My wife had 4 breaks in her tib and fib from a roller blading ( classic ski boot breaks) accident and after they rodded her tibia, she was 8 1/2 months not walking and then a couple of months therapy. She didn't have the nerve damage you did so it made her life a bit easier I guess. The wife said if you are still having nerve pain, ask your doctor for a script for gabapentin (sp). That's what she takes. Her motto is...

    Stay safe.

I try to stay away from pills period. I got hooked on pain killers after I broke my leg. So if it hurts I just deal with the pain.

When I read spiral fracture I physically winced.

I had a low tolerance to pain then I got chronic kidney stones. Do not recommend.

Hey everyone meet my GrandDaughter Addisyn! Born a preemy @26 weeks last Thursday, she is doing awesome! Addie is off her ventilator and breathing on her own with oxygen tubes. She has a long road but all things considered she is doing well! Her Mother held her for the first time today! You should have heard the excitement in her and my Son's voice on the phone! Moving forward taking any and all wins! I'll stop now but today was an awesome day! Thank you for prayers. Doug
