Piece of unsolicited advice, take it or leave it as you see fit: Consider keeping those student loan and truck payments in your budget if possible - put what you'd been paying on the loan into savings/retirement investment account and put what you'd been paying for the truck into a maintenance/repair/next-truck fund.
