I hear there is something in it about hiding the handles.

 

Well after a month of waiting for my door bowl lights to come in and thinking I made a big mistake after ordering and finding this thread, I finally installed them. I gotta admit they look pretty sweet. Looks oem. Only turn on when the dash lights/headlights turn on and the brightness can be adjusted with the rest of the dash lights. Overall pretty happy. Just wish the company could be more professional when dealing with customer service and sending out orders correctly. Makes me think twice about placing a 2nd order forsure after reading everyone's issues.

 

yeah, understandable, but I wanted the door bowl lights and ordered them after all I went thru with the Grab Handle. I read her instagram of the incoming bowl lights nearing the LA port and that's when I ordered em. Hell, I'm not purchasing when it says "low stock"/"pre-ordering" anything only to wait and wonder again for weeks on end.

twice I ordered and used PayPal, PayPal is the only confirmation of the order with an order#, lol, no correspondence of the order otherwise, that is Until my orders were shipped.

Well my handle was delivered back to KTfuckwit4x4 today. See how long it takes to get an email saying my refund was approved.........minus restocking fee.

Curious as to what color you got and why. I have had trouble deciding.

I got white. The darkness in the handle make it a nice soft light..

 

Well finally actually got a full refund, not before being told well i looked at the handle twice and still didn't see anything, but will give you a full refund since your picture shows damage.... i guess still can't accept the fact that she doesn't QA anything before packaging and then tries to say the customer lies......... never again will i support that wannabe company.

It sucks that it took that much effort, but getting all of the cash back is worth it.

I'm currently in 2 paypal disputes with this moron. Correspondence is non existent. Stay far away from KTJO...you've been warned.

 

That sucks, but it is great that you're able to actually dispute it with PP. Most of us suckers got in too early.

Lesson definitely learned.


PP has been great when I had trouble in the past.

 

I believe the PayPal disputes will catch her eye, sure did for me and getting a response

I haven't looked into it, But I believe PP allows one dispute on the transaction if I'm not mistaken so... . I still wanted the Grab Handle after having the communications going in resolving my problem(ordered wrong color and needed to make the change before it shipped out) and kept my order in, to tell you the truth at that point in time I was holding my rear thinking I may have blown it not asking for the Refund.

Again it's all about the poor service/communications. My orders came thru but still it kept me on my toes wondering

 

So she walked back charging the restocking fee due to not being able to reuse the box?
