Sprayed fluid film all over the pinch weld to try and save it from rust, need to figure something out for that too

 

Just paint it? Then fluid film it

I dunno how fluid film works, that's a problem we don't have here

 

Although I did paint mine after cutting it, cause bare metal will rust even out here

 

Yea it’s gone, washed away.

Probably wire wheel, prime, paint and plastidip and then try and find something to cover it with.

@Area51Runner It didn't fit. If I had gotten one that was 3/4 inch thick instead of 1 1/2 I'd be golden. I didn't even think about it because if I had a stock bumper it would've fit fine. I have about two hours to order a thinner one on Amazon to get it here by Friday.

Worst case, zip tie it with the included fasteners. Hate to admit it, but whenever I get around to pulling the bumper to install it, will probably take the easy route and do the same. As long as it works, right?

LOL Yeah don't make me think about it. Its been bugging the shit out of me that I forgot to patch in a quick disconnect inside the cap for the third brake light. Every time I open the cap it strikes a nerve.

With the Hayden, screw it. Zip tie if I can. Hell, I might even be able to add it without removing the ARB. Doubtful though. Not with my luck.
