Did you have to trim anything in the front? Obviously you don't have OEM bumper but thought I'd ask.

Fender liners are gone, no additional trimming required. Took about 1.5" out of the fenders before the pivot kit, not sure that would have even been necessary with my tire/wheel combo after the pivot kit.

Since we all love contests so much I want to do another one...

Whoever can do the most detailed, in-depth install write up (with pics) of their LCA kit will get a $250 credit towards any future products purchased from JD.

Contest starts right now and ends at the end of the month... let the games begin!

That’s a pretty clever way to save the hassle of doing it yourself.

I’ve already done one but I think it’s cool to get another perspective from someone doing this at home

That’s a good point since the average person may not have the same tools as you at their disposal.

Exactly, I want everyone to see this is a totally doable project for your average guy with basic tools.

Dang, I’ve already started to do one but didn’t take notes and pictures of before chopping stuff off.
I’ll see what I can add to it. Even if I’m not winning anything.

Why wouldn’t it fit? You guys have the oil filter in the way or something?
That might be the same issue for V8 4runners

Yeah, apparently he's working on a relocation for the filter. He said, a few weeks ago, that he'd get back on it once the auxiliary tank, and maybe something else were finished.

As an engineer that regularly creates features that need detailed documentation, I empathize with his position.
