Lottery,Radio promotion, sweepstakes winners,etc?

What have you won?

I won a radio contest for a trip to New York to see George Carlin live for an HBO special.

Also I won a $1000 on a lottery scratch ticket. It bought my son's PS3 & shares of stock for him. Hey! Wait a minute! I didn't spend anything on me. He owes me $20 for the ticket.

 

i won blue man group tickets....

and a contest for "scariest mother f***er" at a halloween party.

(its equal parts bone structure,attitude, and makeup skills)

 

I won a $500 raffle at the Middleburg Athletic Association. I was also the football commisioner at the time. Alot of people said it was fixed! It wasn't.

 

Yeah sure Jim! Wink Wink...

 

I won some CD's once and tickets for a dinner and a show in NYC another time.

I have won some speeding tickets, do those count.

 

I won Nascar tickets back in the day off the radio and $100 on a scratch ticket. Oh and I win every time my wife and I get it on well I come in first anyway!! JK

I remember winning some radio contests.

I used to win all the time on the radio. Various concert tickets,braves tickets. I qualified one year in a drawing for a corvette. The prize for that was a six foot sub from subway. I had a pickup back then. The 6' triangular shaped box fit in the bed from corner to corner.

I once won a radio drawing for ATL Braves tickets and was at work. They were giving away tickets every hour. So the next hour I told some co-workers. They jumped on the phone & started dialing. But gave up to soon. I was being a smartass & said no you have to keep trying till they anounce the winner. I said let me show you how to do it. I dialed once, it was ringing. Handed it over to a co-worker & they won! We all laughed about that all night. That I had technically won twice in a row. What are the odds?

 

bout the only thing i have ever really won per say was a multi tool from pennzoil back when they used to put stuff under the caps. and it was a piece of shit. broke the 3rd time i used it!
