To be honest, I never found that mark on the handle after looking it over again after we spoke. I did look over it a couple times. However, I am willing to provide you the remaining amount of your refund which is $24.75 to close this out based on solely the one picture you have provided to me.

 

hmmmmm, Mine was just delivered back to her yesterday, so have to wait and see how she attempts this one. The box being unusable started with her. Her dumbass wrote my address on the box in sharpie before she ever sent it to me. That right there makes it unusable for any subsequent use to a new customer. Nothing I did to the box after that would have made any difference in that regard.

 

And I'm sure she's got some alt email address that has a tacomaworld account at this point just so she can keep tabs. But I who doesn't have a 2nd email for sock accounts in 2021?

Nah. The TW hive is really good about sniffing out dup accounts. The Memorial thread is full of them poking fun at the folks that try.

You could make an email completely different from your previous, with a completely different name attached to it and the TW folks would never know who you are. Unless they are monitoring IP address, which is just as easy to get around as well.

"Hello,
I have neither received the replacement speed nut referenced below on January 18, 2021, nor have I had the courtesy of a reply to my email of February 1, 2021, informing you that I had not received the replacement nut as you promised.

Today is February 6, 2021. A phone call placed to (360) 261-5066 as indicated on the card included in the package for “Need Help” went to voicemail that indicated your voicemail box was full.
Evidently you are not providing phone support to someone who calls in and are simply letting the calls stack up. This is unacceptable.

At my own time and expense I found and purchased the proper speed nut which you failed to supply as requested as the one in the kit I purchased from you was the wrong size.
Today I attempted to install the Grab Handle that you advertise as “Plug and Play”. It is anything but “Plug and Play”.

Please find attached photos of the original Toyota A pillar cover with the bolt partially removed to show its proper alignment with the factory threaded nut attached to the A pillar.
You will see that the factory cover aligns perfectly with the bolt and with adequate space around the bolt for proper installation and alignment.

Please find attached a photo of the KTJO4x4 Grab Handle A pillar cover with the KTJO4x4 Grab Handle supplied bolt partially removed to show its improper alignment with the threaded nut attached to the A pillar.
The KTJO4x4 supplied bolt is pushing the KTJO4x4 supplied cover out of position and is not in alignment with the factory nut angle required for proper installation of the handle.
The KTJO4x4 Grab Handle A pillar cover must be far out of position for the KTJO4x4 Grab Handle bolt to even be threaded and then it shows how bolt is pushing the cover away from its proper positioning.

With the cover like this, it is not possible to install the handle in the proper position.
This is unacceptable.

Consequently, this product is faulty as delivered and does not meet your own specifications of “Plug and Play”.
I hereby request a prompt and full refund on this package and I also expect a prompt reply of your agreement to do so.

We'll see what happens. This is simply a poorly designed and implemented product.

 

Welcome to the club. My hanlde was delivered to ktjo 4 days ago for refund. Fucking crickets
