    Very easy to do. I used 1/2 tsp of Thyme not 1 tsp.

    I also cut up two potatoes and browned them in the olive oil then set them aside in a bowl. Once the chicken breast were ready for the oven I added the potatoes to the pan.

    This was a very tasty meal.
