They both won. Stats of the QB doesn't make or break the team.

 

They don't, not in terms of the team. If so then Dan Marino should have a ring or 2 and Trent Dilfer none.

Bear in mind I also refuse to anoint Brady as the GOAT since I don't think it can really be decided upon while he's still playing, so I'm not shitting on the Chiefs with my statement.

QB position is definitely a big factor.

Shut Hill down like they did in Week 12 when he torched them for 200 yards in the 1st quarter?

I bet they gameplan for him a bit better this time though.

Not an easy feat to shut him down for sure. I'll stand by my comment and see if the Bucs can actually drum something up.

I also have zero stake in this game. On that note. Screw the Bucs and screw the Chiefs.

At least a hint of sarcasm saying they're the worst 14-2 team? But, that said, point is they played incredibly stupidly in those games. 139 yds of penalties, most at the worst possible times. Just had that kick ass offense to get them past it. They do any that in this game? They lose . . .

But it's a fine line in professional sports. These players realize if they go out 110% every game, they get hurt, and they are out or perhaps done for good. So, they tend to do just enough hopefully at the right times to succeed in each game.

For example, I get BEYOND frustrated with Clark and Jones for having just one or two good plays per game given their talent level and salaries. But, if they can make those plays when the game is on the line? Then it can be instrumental.

I'll enjoy it either way . . . still life long fan!
