At this point I don't see it making a difference. I hope it does, but I don't see it.

Ok I like those numbers. Much better than the “averages” people say you should strive for

I don't either. It's more a signal to me that big money doesn't feel threatened any longer

Keep in mind I found the most aggressive funds I could find using my retirement accounts. These same funds gpt annihilated in 08/09 but bounced back over the next 3 or 4 years.

Also when covid first hit I lost 25% then gained it all back and was up 32 for the year

Those "averages" are for low/medium risk accounts. The bigger your balls the bigger your profits. And losses. It's all about individual risk tolerance.

I invested some of my Roth in GME so I guess the balls are pretty big (maybe I’m just a moron)

I made a killing on GME then got killed by GME. It's all ebb and flow. I don't mind big losses because I tend to take big risks. That also means I see some very big profits. As long as you win more then you lose the account will go up. lol

Yeah. My money pit is hertz and Exxon. Exxon has good dividends, but I got in when I thought it bottomed out. Hertz I got cheap but it's more annoying. Thought about pulling out and moving elsewhere soon.

Didn't Hertz get delisted? That's probably one I'd get rid of sooner rather than later.

Yeah it did when they went bankrupt. I snatched 1400 shares at 40 cents each. I may keep it as a long run. See what happens in 2 or 3 years

Mines ALTO(ALTO) Ingredients(formerly Pacific Ethanol(PEIX)). Bought in on a Friday at $10 a share. 10K shares between my play and IRA accounts. It had, and still does, so much potential. Wake up Monday morning to the news they released a share offering equal to the number of outstanding shares. Now, I'm not very good at math but if you have 100M shares that's worth $10 and now you have 200M shares I'm pretty sure it will be worth $5. That's almost exactly what happened. My 1 month play has been with me for 9 months. Eventually I'll make it back but it's taking forever. lol

Yep. They are getting away from gasoline ethanol and going into high grade ethanol. It was a solid play and still will be. It's just gonna take a lot longer then I wanted. Price target on them is $16 currently. I've also sold a lot of covered calls so that helps.

I think it's a pretty safe play. We'll really know more when they release earnings around March 9th. If they beat big it's gonna get a huge boost. I'm not selling March covered's because of that.

Fair enough. I'll pick up a few in the AM. Knowing earnings this past year, they'll blow it out of the water and the stock will drop 15% the next day. Maybe I should wait til after earnings lol
