    I’m a mechanic and I can say that happened to the lug nut because the wrong size socket was used. Some shops don’t have a 21mm socket so they use the closest standard socket available which ends up rounding the corners.

    Could be...I removed the cap with an air chisel and was lucky to be successful with a 13/16 because I didn’t have a 20 mm socket.

    These sensors only fit steel rims. You can use them on alloy rims but you have to turn them 180 degrees. Just making sure you know this.
