Nice, I would have never though to look for that.

Mostly because I have no idea what it’s called?
I just call it “the connector ON the alternator”

 

In this day and age, I'm not sure it's appropriate to refer to connectors as male and female. We can call them, gender neutral plugs.

 

Buy a new pigtail !

You guys are absolute saints, wish i could buy you all a case of beer. I naively assumed the diagram was in the orientation of looking a the part installed. re-configured and showing good voltage now. Not getting much throttle though, thinking it might have been a blown fuse along the way, gonna take a good look at all of them

 

if your check engine light is on scan the codes and see what came up. There is a fuse for etcs for the throttle control, that if blown will cause to operate in limp mode.

 

Nice one yes just replaced ETCS fuse and truck is in full operation. FINALLY. You guys are awesome
