    I hated both of those races, wait till the advanced. Vw kerbewillie or something like that, top speed of 50 and other vehicles coming at you from off the track. And you don't get shit when you win.:mad:

    I just plugged in a USB flash drive and saved the pics to the flash drive. Once you export the pics from GT5 to the PS3 desktop, they will show up in the photo gallery.

    FINALLY the X-Runner came up in the used lot. I'll have to redo the truck races again in it. They were a struggle in the tuned up SVT Ford.

    Unfortunately it's not the fast speedway blue color.... some slow black sand pearl color :p

    My black sand pearl X-Runner did fine in the truck races. Of course, the fact that I more than doubled it's HP, and shaved over 500lbs off it might have helped. :cool:

    Has anyone been able to get that stupid Gran Turismo Formula car from the used car lot? I've only seen it once and it costs 4.8 million credits. There is a series in the Extreme Series that requires that stupid thing. It is pretty much the only race series I have left in A-spec, but now that I have the $$$ to buy the car, it is not showing up in the used car lot.

    That race series is 20 laps around various courses, one of which is the Nürburgring. Even in a formula 1 car, the Nürburgring is going to be around 6 minutes a lap, making that race around 2 hours long. :eek:

    I check the used section after every race! Which is equivalent to a day. Saw one when I was going to buy my very first car and haven't seen since. Almost done with professional races now... And have that sport truck race just hangin out there

    I went through the same thing trying to get that stupid Formula Gran Turismo F1 car. There are 1000+ cars in the game, and after every race they only add 6 cars to the used car lot. It seems to be a random selection too. I saw 3 '54 Corvettes and 2 Audi R8 LMP race cars before the Formula GT car ever showed up.

    As a side note, I learned that you dont actually have to complete a race in order to have cars cycle through the used car lot. Just load a race (get to the start screen for a race) then exit and poof, 6 more cars in the used car lot.

    gt5=the museum, all (however many) hundred of "premium" cars look like they do on the showroom floor, and drive like they should stay there

    forza 3=ultimate racing game-- where else can you take a shelby gt500, put on a v6 mustang front fascia and drop in a turbo 4?? not gt5!!!

    oh, and you can't customize cars like this in gt5....

    Yea the new update makes it easier to make money and points. The B-spec I race I do over and over just to make money use to pay 30,000 and now it pays 50,000
