It’s an old retired unit from I think the California Highway Patrol. I had to re flash it for tow truck/wrecker use though.

You've got different rods than a taco. Last i checked both right and left ACD ones are no longer 555 at all on RA for a 1st gen

Actually, I am going Tacoma LBJ.

Since the tie rod ends are different, I'm opting to replace both the tie rod ends as well as the LBJ's using Tacoma parts.

The ACDelco's are repackaged 555's, making them way cheaper than buying them through Toyota or even Low Range or anyone else.

We'll see what I get then; I ordered them using Tacoma part numbers as I will be using tie rod ends and LBJ's for a 1st Gen hence getting the TRE.

The LBJ's were replaced at 70k and I just hit 270k yesterday.

Figured I'd just order the LBJ's and TRE to swap out soon.

That sucks; cheap way to find out though worst case I'll return them and go with Low Range Off Road.

They've always been crazy fast to ship.

I got my OEM outer tie rods for ~ $35 each....but that was a couple years ago. It was the inner ones that were redonk expensive

I haven't priced out OEM; if they're that cheap I should just buy those

I ran into the ACDelco recommendation as I actually search shit rather than post a new thread about the simplest shit, ask everyone the same question expecting different results, then report people to mods and call the cops on a person of color for damaging the paint on my truck bed.

    :burp:

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
so.. 6100 if released to the insurance company. or 4480 cash and a clean title if agreed to buy back... i do believe we're going the buy back and since its over 8 years old, the title stays clean since the damage wasnt structurally damaging

The oem outers are pretty cheap, shouldn't be more than $50 each from any source. But the inners are like $300 per side, where the 555s are like $40 per side (inners)
