Good morning. Leg day at the gym. It sucks, the gym sucks. LOL. Now I got to drive to St. Louis with wore out crampy legs. I may not be able to stop and end up in Delaware. That would suck too. It's a sucky day.

    20210205_083855.jpg Good Morning Folks

Last night the drive home was fun. 4 wheel drive the whole way. All the usual places were drifted over.
Took care of snow removal right away today. Now it coffee time.

    Looks real nice

One our neighbors has a labradoodle. Smart as all hell, sweet as honey, and soft as warm sunshine.

And nuttier than a fruitcake factory. Absolutely hilarious dog.

The creator of the labradoodle says it's his "life's regret" because he opened Pandora's box. And the majority of Labradoodles are “either crazy or have hereditary problem.” It also spawned the whole doodle craze.

Took puppy 1 and 2 classes with my current pup finishing up a couple of weeks ago. Classes are small due to Covid and out of the 10 of us 1 was a cavadoodle and another a goldendoodle. They are 'designer' dogs with no genetic testing before breeding and bred at will. Before the father of my pup was bred the breeder had me run him around the State and had more than $600 worth of genetic and health clearance tests done. And she did the same to the bitch she bred him with. With doodles you would be hard pressed to find a breeder with proof of any health clearances and parents history going back more than a generation.

I like standard poodles, they were one of the first retrieving hunting dogs. But there is some craziness going on with them now IMO. Well for those that breed outside of the breed standard that is.

That backsplash tile looks great Dewayne!

We have a Labradoodle. Very smart, kind dog. When I took her pheasant hunting she naturally knew what to do. We came across a carcass from a bird the hawk caught and you could see the wheels turning in her head. She’s a runner so I had her on a clothesline attached to my waist. Damn, if she didn’t flush one out. A single shot from the shotgun and that clothesline turned into a guitar string...

    Never took her again.

My brother got a cockapoo 15 years ago. Actually was hypoallergenic and a smart dog.
She is now blind. Stands in front of a wall barking.

He hates when I call it a cockadoodle

Well if the shoe fits...I wonder if the blindness is a genetic thing. My dad has owned several Cockapoos and everyone one of them has gone blind.

    Evening all :hattip:

My Brother just left to head back home and as always we had fun . He's concerned about my health so yesterday while we were at the VA we submitted medical power of attorney paperwork . This way he can communicate with my Doctor's over my Healthcare by the VA

He also told me today he will be back in April for my upcoming Ortho appointment . He also mentioned he and my SIL will be starting to look for a house for me in Tennessee and get the moving process started very soon . I should be moving by May / June and can't wait
