You can get it ready by then; I only had the 4R for 2 weeks max before it went to Moab with the crew.

 

She does now, the car seat our daughter is in now is too big for the seats in the back so it goes up front. Her first car seat was small enough for the back but not the bigger one.

In some ways my wife actually has more room now because the car seat up front is still rear facing, so I can slide the pass seat pretty far forward with it, giving my wife more leg room in the back. When the baby seat was in the back, the pass seat had to be all the way forward which put her legs right in the dash

 

But no matter how much room you have back there in the xtra cab, its still no place for a human being lol

 

We need to up our game.

And that is why my 2nd gen is a 4 door. Its the family wagon for sure.

If I had a garage for sure it would be... Working in the cold and snow sucks. Also I still need to get a title for it.

 

I kinda want this. Rare 2wd ext cab manual V6. Don't find them that often, at least I haven't. Decent price too.

44's and portals

 

Its going to be 50 degrees up here this weekend. I may actually work on it all day Monday.

 

Don't tell anybody but the LBJ in this picture is an AC Delco from Rock Auto. OEM LBJs are not sold separately for 100s.

 

Yeah 2nd gen Tacomas are the same way, at least as far as I recall...can't buy the OEM LBJ separately, have to buy the whole arm so guys that only want the LBJ have to order aftermarket. But they aren't prone to failure like 1st gen Tacos are so it's not as big of a deal

 

Yep. These have a completely different design. So no worries about that.

Way better design, the lower arm pushes down into the ball joint as apposed to it pulling the joint apart.

Nope, we are in an odd industrial complex behind a big residential area. But its only a 5 min drive to the nearest areas with food, I'll probably head out and grab some pizza

 

Speaking of lunch, I came home to get something to eat. Almost never open the freezer so I was surprised to find so many ice cream bars (2 more boxes in freezer unopened)
