How do I tell the difference between jshift and push button transfer case? Or does anyone know what the 01 t4r came with?

Edit: do push buttons have the rubber flange on the bottom of the shifter?

 

It'll come with a push button.

1996-2000 had J shifts available, not after.

You do realize you've been given pictures, etc. as answers to these questions right?

 

Yeah and I tried searching but I don’t think I’m using the right keywords. It didn’t come with the handle part of the shifter just the actual shifter itself

 

What I mean is you've been given the specific years and specific vehicles to search for in your parts search for manual hubs, j shift transfer case, and other associated parts.

 

It would be good to start a Google Doc or something where you can save links to answers and pictures and stuff, so you don't have to go back and look through the dreaded search feature each time. Just a tip from someone that always wishes he had done this and spends too much time searching for things when needed lol.
