The gear selector indicator light burned out on the daughter's car. There's a digital readout on the dash. But she asked if I could look at it anyway. Gonna tear into that when we get some sun.

Then later....a little transmission fluid refresh on the ol' Taco.

Seems like an interesting company... not sure how a martial arts/protein energy company got into boot making. Also must be a new company, I'm from that general area originally and I've never heard of them.

I think they started making BJJ Gi's a while back and then added Jeans and boots.

While it's cool to see some Maine made products, these seem more like a fashion statement than anything else. No toe protection, metal shank in the sole, and very little actual description of what's in the construction. Is the sole corked or foam, double stitched welt, anything to lending to a reason for the price beyond "Maine tanned leather and brass".
Edit: just looked through their other offerings, $48 for underwear.... dear god. And $128 for jeans. I'm all for paying for quality but that's a bit much....

Yup! Heading to the shop in a few to start dismantling.
Got the new grill and surround separated without breaking any tabs so its going well so far.. still have to separate my stock grill from the chrome surround so only 13 more tabs to go.. o_O

Wish I was that organized

Since I got rid of the VW and 2nd gen I have various oil grades that are now useless to my current Tacoma. I have a couple stray quarts of 0w20 that I used in the Camry and Mitsubishi, but I never stocked up since I only did 1 oil change a year on the Camry. The Tacoma seen 3 atleast in a year. Autozone didn't have any 0w20 on sale this year so it looks like I'm gonna have to pay retail... I could possibly use the odd weights in the mower, but I heard the Kohler twins are picky and really only like 10w30...

The truck just rolled over this going to work this week:

Accumulating fast! Itching to get to 5K to do my first change myself!

Agree...the other products are a bit pricey.
