The fitment was better than I expected to be. No issues with installation.

No more shiny cheese grater with derped bezel. I like the 2020 grille better than the 2019. If I had a PRO I'd keep the grille - PRO grilles are cool looking, but I'm happy with this one.

Have LOC with Kenwood sub and amp. I'm a victim of bass roll off. Want an aftermarket head unit that'll still utilize most or all of the factory abilities, but offer better audio. I'm an Android phone user if that makes any difference. Suggestions? Navigation can be done on my phone, and watching a movie is low on my list. Vehicle controls and audio #1+2

Nice! Welcome from 831! Interesting how the 2021 Limited Nightshade edition uses an SR style bezel, and the grille from the 18-19 TRD OR/Sport models, but with room for a camera. Throwback edition! Might be a good option for those staunch 18-19 owners if they want to add-a-camera. :notsure:

Finally got the Timbren bump stop kit plus ubolt flip kit installed a few weeks ago. Huge difference over stock bump stops. The mall parking lot speed bumps has nothing on this setup. :) Haha

Installed a Lock’er Down Extreme Console Safe today. Fit like a glove. Came with 4 extra washers though that didn’t fit the bolts (too small). Well after I installed it, the console lid wouldn’t latch though. Wrote an email to the company about the problem not expecting to hear anything until next week. Within 10 minutes I had a call from their tech. He explained that the latch is apparently shorter on the 21 than the previous years. The washers were for the latch screws to extend down the latch. That did the trick. Excellent support and the safe is impressive. I did send them a followup email suggesting that they add a note about the latch on the 21 and what the washers were for. All in all very happy.

    Thanks RyanDCLB

This is my first Tacoma and truck for that matter.

This is going to sound crazy. but we have only bought Toyota and the only reason I went down to buy Tacoma was because I was like:

“well I want to buy a Toyota truck and it’s a midsize”

so I went down there and I had no freaking clue that Tacoma‘s had such a cult like following.

I went down there to pick out the good models I wanted, they all had dealer markup‘s

off roads were marked up $3,000-$5000

pros were marked up $10,000 and $15,000 everywhere (IF* you could find one)

but they have this limited Nightshade special edition fully loaded that they are like:

“this is the only model we are willing to negotiate on”
so I got it below sticker

I will just add everything that I want myself customize the truck and sell the nightshade wheels and tires

Installed my Rough Country molle panels today. Used rivnuts for the first time since there isn't any cubby on the driver's side. You use a couple of the cubby screws to attach the lower tailgate end of the side panels. Who will be the first to see my mistake? Also mounted my fire extinguisher. The molle panel provided a good spot.
