    This red Alabama clay mud is like PB like Jeff said. It stains whatever it touches. so you can’t just spray it off, you have to scrub it off.

    So I tried something new with the butt and I must say it turned out great. Usually I only inject it with apple cider vinegar. This time I injected it with equal parts apple cider vinegar and Red Wine. I gotta say it was probably the best butt I've smoked. Turned out perfect. Juicy, tender, no sauce required.
