    @shakerhood

    This happened in Thanksgiving Eve back in 2016; Was coming back from an ice run and I made the mistake of driving down Printers Alley, which was crowded with drunk people. I beeped at a drunk college kid, and he ran up to my truck and started pounding on the hood. I got him on dashcam too. I actually slammed on the brakes, threw the truck in park, and got out. By this time, he’d started walking away; I was literally about to knock him out, but common sense prevailed and all I did was give him a few choice words combined with a homicidal glare.

    If I hadn’t been in front of the bar where I worked with dozens of witnesses, I would have beaten the guy harder than he’d beaten on my hood. Lesson learned: Don’t beep at drunks simply because they are blocking your way!

    Many years ago back in PA they had my road closed for construction, had to detour thru a rough neighborhood right when the bar closed and probably a hundred or so people all in the street, l hated that!

    Would have come close to decking a person if they pounded on the hood of your truck? I’ve had plenty of confrontations with people over the years, but that guy will never realize how close he came to getting knocked unconscious that night.

    @PennSilverTaco Funny story as the Pizza Place I worked for had a store across the street from that bar years earlier. Anyways 2 guys came in to rob the store and after they got the money the 2 guys got into an argument if they should shoot the manager.

    I’m pretty sure I told you about the time that a woman flung open her door and took my mirror off, and I almost got fired for cussing her out. Turns out her husband was the lead singer in a band that brought a lot of money to the bar, but after that incident my boss realized my attachment to my truck and softened her stance a bit.

    That was back in PA, was just not a neighborhood you would want to be passing thru as it was a rough area.

    Parking had nothing to do with it; The woman flung her door open as I was driving past, and guillotined my mirror off!

    My dad figured it would be easier to buy me a new mirror himself rather than make them pay for it.

    She apologized later and we’re all on pretty good terms now, though I obviously haven’t seen them in a while because Puck closed back in January 2019...

    And then there was the incident in the parking lot last September, where the woman took a hard left and scuffed my front bumper. I actually made her cry because I was screaming at her, and I feel kind of bad about that, but it was the most avoidable accident ever!

    Also, the woman driving didn’t own the Equinox; I don’t know if it was her daughter or her friend, but the woman who actually hit my truck was considerably younger than the woman who owned the Equinox. The woman who owned the Equinox was clearly not happy the her insurance rates were likely going to be effected by someone else driving her car, and they tried on three separate occasions to bribe me with a hundred bucks in cash in exchange for not contacting her insurance company, which only succeeded in making me angrier.

    Also, I was parked there first, 100% legally; The women in the Equinox showed up a short time later and wedged the vehicle in super tight. The problem is that the younger woman was watching where the front of the vehicle was going rather than where the side was going.

    When I was young I slid into the back of a Chevy Citation, broke my grille and 3 headlights so it wasnt a hard hit. Anyway I tried to pay cash to fix the guys car but his list of broken stuff grew by the day to the point that l had to submit it to insurance. He claimed the front seats completely broke off and the exhaust was destroyed front to back.

    Were they wearing masks? I’ll bet the manager bought a gun after that!
