This really was a life lesson. I don't think the damage is bad though, all the tires were straight when the tow truck loaded it up. It's one of the plenty times in my life where I said "I should've stayed home."

Gonna be a good game today Gents!

I hear ya. I never have my foot on the accelerator when crossing a bridge during freezing temperatures anymore. My roommate and I were driving my truck home from watching Chiefs game when it was snowing. I passed a semi and not 30 seconds later, I crossed a bridge and the traction control alert went nuts, and I started fishtailing. Luckily the traction control caught and I was able to correct myself. Thing saved our lives from being crunched by a semi.

I almost wish it would just stay cold rather than melt and make all this real fun soup.

I’d be good with that if that meant 25 and no wind.. instead of -20 with 30 mph wind all day

It needs to for a couple weeks at least
No thanks, you can keep all of that. Cold is fine and manageable, wind pisses me off

I swear every time I close TW interesting conversations pop up. I started playing percussion in school when I was like 10 or 11. Played in everything I possibly could until graduation. Had been offered a scholarship from one school, but there was a percussion professor that was always at the high school competitions I went and competed in that I wanted to learn from. Then late my senior year he passed away so I kinda said fuck music and hadn't really touched it since.

The longer I had been away from playing the more I wanted to get back into it. I ended up picking up a Roland kit on cyber Monday this past year.

Feels great to be able to jam out as much as I want without having to consider how much I might be annoying a neighbor.

Tough loss last night. Sucks even more that everyone scared to come into work today cause of weather, down half our team. Yay, more work!

Anyone use a dash cam? I have a vantrue X1 but either cold temps are screwing with it or it sucks now. It isn't recording consistently. Looking for quality/affordable suggestions.

Yeah that was painful to watch.

I'm glad we're all remote today. Its cold as shit, and two of my coworkers have covid.
