for your coil over shocks is , 0.010" largest shims & 0.012" smaller diameter , for the compression shims. All 0.012" shims on rebound.

In the secondary bypass shock it's going to be 0.018" compression shims (largest) and double up 0.015" s or single 0.020" shims for the smallest diameter shims on compression. In the secondary bypass the rebound shims will be 0.018" all.

    ya???

fox uses flutter stack right? And how do these sim stacks compare?

I’m learning all this. My friend who did my shocks moved. If I need to valve them I may be doing it myself.

Flutter would be for any manufacturer when running just a single coilover or smooth body shock. When you add a bypass you’ll likely run a lighter straight stack in the coilover and let the bypass zones take care of what the flutter was doing

I am a little late to comment here but this is exactly my situation and configuration @cdex8357. I have been running 2" Bora spacers for over 6 years now and there tires make super minimal contact on the secondary bypass bolt. It will looks good with a 4" fender flares and the truck will have a functionality previously unmatched running secondary shocks up front. Dual shock MT is DEFINITELY @ great way to go! If you want to see pictures of my setup just take a look at my build page in my signature.

The installation instructions are on their website. Typically it’s 100 foot pounds but I’d can confirm that.

Yeah that’s what I did it was the stock specs. But I search somewhere on here and it said 135. But sounds a little high. There was like 60 pages to read through and I was under the truck

I think the stock spec is 80 ft/lbs but guys found that 100 works better overall.

Now I’m trying to fit these Reservoirs. I am trying to mount them so they do not rub on the tire. I have them zip tied right now. The JIC fittings on top of the reservoir is making contact with the wheel well and cannot get it flush. You guys running secondary shocks how do you have them mounted?

Every TC product I've purchased did not have the threads chased after PC. Wierd choice of corner to cut to save a couple dimes.

Yeah well mine are fucked. But it may just be the threads on the fitting And not the threads on the lower. So all I have to do is replace the fitting
