Thanks for the explanation @gasparic104 .. I had been wondering that myself :D

Finally got around to editing the footage from last year as I spent 40 days truck camping in the greater Yellowstone area. I'm titling the series, America the Beautiful and hopefully can do a decent job showcasing the amazing places I got to visit.

Be on the lookout for more!! Cheers :hattip:

Made a pretty busy set for a dice trade with a fellow maker. Photos never do these types of dice justice, but hopefully the idea stands. I regret not inking them darker though.

I've had this fabric for a while and wanted to do something with it (this will be the bak of the quilt)

Messed around in photoshop to get the basic concept going and work out the colors
Along the way I decided I liked having the the rows offset by half, just makes it a bit more interesting to look at

I swore that I wouldn't buy any new fabric this year unless it was to coordinate with something already in my stash (starting to run out of storage space...) but this new series of fabric is out and its so cute. I really want to make something out of it. Its called animal crackers and theres a bunch of different prints
    upload_2021-2-7_14-36-37.jpg
I worked this up last night, cant decide if I like the version with the aqua or the black

Kinda my thought too. The black seems too heavy though, pulls your eye too much. The aqua is more balanced.

What about a navy or forest green instead of black?
