Bakflip MX4

I actually did a search...nothing popped. Has anyone put a bakflip4 on their Tacoma? I just bought a 2021, want a good one.

I saw 10 pages with bakflip mx4 in the body. It is a very popular tonneau. I have it and recommend it.

No worries! I'd check autoanything.com and Amazon. Seemed to be best prices when I got mine in December.

 

Extensive wait time to get one of these . Since they are build to order .

 

I looked at them when I was in the market for a cover. I saw several posts that said they absorb water, apparently they use an open cell foam. Other than that, I liked what I saw. That said, I went a different direction.

 

I bought mine during an early Black Friday sale. Price was great and I could afford to wait. Arrived before Christmas and installed it after. Great cover.

 

I got mine in 2 days with Amazon prime back in December. Autoanything.com was estimated just a bit longer.

 

I've purchased two for different trucks and both arrived quickly. Doesn't take long, ordered my second one not even 2 months ago and had it within a week

 

I’ve got one on my 2018 LB. I’ve had a couple of issues but BakFlip really stands behind their product and resolved them pretty quickly.

 

I haul motorcycles, so the Bakflip is a great choice.
It’s tough and holding up well but you can’t load a bike against it.
I made a tire rail to keep the load off of the folded cover.

 

I have a Bakflip on my 6 ft bed 2020 Tacoma. I like it alot.

 

Just installed mine today on my 2021 Tacoma TRD Sport.

purchased it from a local retailer that was the same price as Amazon. Only issue was mine was missing a section of weather stripping. Called Bakflip and they mailed me the missing section quickly.

installed it today. Was very straight forward installation and did it by myself in a bit over an hour. Very happy with it so far.

 

any issues installing a bakflip on oem tonneau bedrail tops that have the cutouts for factory strikers?
