Pure demand has a lot to do with it too. If you’ve got thousands of units on order there is only so many hours in a day to build product.

Especially when things are ordered custom. You can’t produce nearly quantity of custom units at the rate of standardized parts.

Why don’t more people buy from distributors? Sure, you can go direct but if you’re looking for a standardized part big retailers like Kartek, OWR, etc might have them in stock.

Materials are getting screwed right now cause of covid and that effects production turn overs. The normal 2.5s are backed up super crazy because of the demand. My 4.0s were built in 2 weeks. But Brett told me not to listen to the lead time stuff, they are doing what they can with the high demand stuff around covid

What does that mean? You’re telling everyone your source, whoever Brett is, is saying that they’re not at 24 weeks?

I just asked them on Instagram, and confirmed 3-5 day lead time. I don't think i have a specialized coilover that would warrant more time. But im excited still!

I think you’re confusing production lead times with service lead times. We are talking specifically about new shock orders.

Since its race season they are focusing on the big teams wanting new stuff and servicing, everything else gets pushed.

Anyone looking for a spare 3rd member from an 8” with e-locker? Gonna need gears replaced obviously, but I’m just gonna jump to a bigger axle.

$300 for the 3rd and locker motor and it’s yours.

Also will have the whole housing available soon once I swap it out. Complete with drums and what not but set up for a DMZ SUA kit

Until further notice, a tundra 10.5” is currently on its way to me. Open to new ideas but the budget is pretty hard set on barely making this happen
