Good ol’Wisconsin! If it was 65F here I would be wearing shorts and t-shirt.

It was -12F yesterday!

 

I’m just lucky it happened/discovered it when I started my truck. Imagined if this had happened when I was doing 65 with the family in the truck and I had to stop suddenly on the highway and had no brakes? I don’t want to see this happen to anyone.

 

Is it true that billy goats stink worse than skunks?

 

Don't know about skunks, but goats do smell bad, yes.

 

Took my Tacoma in for the Annual service - went over 5000 miles on the way there. I had them install the aluminum filter housing and they did the ECM update without any questions.

Yea, chicken farms are pretty bad too but I heard that billy goats (the males) trump them all.

 

Maybe if you get lots of them together, but if you keep your numbers small with lots of room, they are no worse than an outside dog.

Here is a thread here on the TSB - but don't think it applies to 2021s. There was an ECM update somewhere around mid-2020 production. This TSB covers the 19s and earlier '20s that have the older version.

Why do you need the filter housing drain plug too? Doesn't the one on the plastic housing fit? I would think they are the same size.

 

You can certainly use the plastic one - I preferred to swap both to aluminum.

Hey fellas, looking at installing 5100s on my 19 sport 4x4. I want to pair with https://www.offroadwarehouse.com/product/king-25-id-spring-spr25-12-450 in the front and an icon AAL in the rear.

I got the aluminum housing but not the drain plug. For now just keeping it on hand in case I break the plastic one. I changed the oil once and no prob.
