    I was born and lived until I was 26 on the east coast on Long Island NY and snow would dump. Fun when you’re a kid, but only for the first couple of days, then it’s just annoying, dirty, gross, dangerous.... the older you get the more annoying it is. Oh and that’s the good part of winter... otherwise, when there’s no snow, it’s just uselessly bitter cold and windy, and any bit of liquid is ice.

    that’s why I moved to California 7 years ago and I’m not looking back lol. When I want to play in the snow I drive 3 hours to Tahoe and have fun, otherwise I don’t ever have to bother with that or the cold.

    The dogs had a WONDERFUL time. Appa had never been to the beach before really enjoyed the freedom to run to his little hearts desire!
