Are there good wings in New Freedom?

 

Well, I guess it's all relative to a personal opinion, but I'm a bit picky about my wings and this place never disappoints. They have a great crab soup, too. It's called "Seven". It's close to Main St, by the railroad station that has the sammich/coffee shop. There's a bunch of brand new townhouses being built, it's directly across the street from that.

 

Maybe it’s a good spot for a MD meet up?

I’m picky about wings too, gotta be crispy with little fat and good skin! I’ll check it out!

 

I know of great ice cream & snowballs in New Freedom, Bonkys.

 

We could always do a meet up on the Maryland side. Then take a cruise and cross over to the PA side and get some wings for lunch. Oh and the Crofton Cantina has pretty good wings also just saying.

 

@beorn the fat I'm glad I did the flush at home, because you would have totally hated me lol. I did about 10 flushes and to get the green out, and then a few more to mix the pink in. First time I've flushed a radiator, so definitely did not do it very efficiently. I should have taken the thermostat out, but I didn't because I'm dumb so it took me forever. I did the first 3 gallons letting it heat itself up with the funnel on the radiator the whole time. Took forever for it to heat up, and temp kept settling around 175* on TorquePro. I ended up burping as much as I good in 2-3 minutes and then driving a bit to heat it up over 180, then drain and repeat. Kind of tedious, but everything is a learning experience and now I know for the next time. I used a new drain pan so I could see the color change over time but I didn't expect it to be orange. I guess it makes since green+pink = orange.

while everyone is posting their dog pics, I'll throw in some pics of my labs!

On the left, is Stella. She is less than a year old, we got her in April when we realized COVID would last longer than expected. Someone's dog got knocked up unbeknownst to them and they wanted to offload the puppies as quickly as possible, so we got her at 5ish weeks.

On the right is Abby. We got her when I was in fourth grade, and she is now 13. She was abandoned twice and we got her when she was 1.5ish, but now lives a lavish life of constant back scratches, tug of war, and fetch. She loves snow, and was very excited to see the flurries this morning
