There's probably a way of figuring out where it was purchased from, from there you access security footage, etc.

10 years ago I lied to her about using porn and often left her unsatisfied because I would fuck myself. 2 years ago I was lying to her about my finances. She was confident I was hiding something from her but she assumed I had a secret woman. Didn't matter that I was lying about the checkbook I was still lying, fair enough. But since we've gotten back together in summer of '18 I've given her no reason to suspect infidelity.. it's just her experience with all the other men in her life so she jumps to it instantly

 

Register them at Walmart? How do I do that and what might that get me? Sorry I've never gotten giftcards for anyone so I don't really know how they work

Yeah that's tough, I've been on both sides of that equation. But you didn't cheat on her, lying is not good obviously but in my book cheating is on a whole other level of betrayal. If there are issues from her past that makes sense but you shouldn't have to bear the brunt of her past experiences with shitty dudes.

We all bring baggage into our relationships though so I'm no expert, hell all my baggage requires extra fees. I guess this is just one of those situations where you gotta reassure her the best you can. I mean I can think of a lot of ways someone may suspect their partner is cheating, but random Wal Mart gift cards with a "Keep up the good work" typed note doesn't exactly scream 'cheating' to me lol.

 

Yea I've cause her plenty of baggage all on my own... hard to avoid when we've been on and off as much as we have been over the years, but I figured we had matured enough past this point. Oh well, it'll be okay. Or it won't.. but that's okay too
