I had the update done on January 15th and drove to my mom's house and back on January 30th (about 250 mile round trip). There was a great improvement in how the truck handled the hills, a lot less downshifting. I still got over 23 mpg for the trip, so I am a happy camper with this update.

Yea they are E rated. I’ll keep trying till I get that sweet spot and do the chalk test though they may not be the same.

Nothing wrong with that and still within the safety specs. The Ironman suspension I have is already a little on the stiff side at 3” lift up front.
I’d prefer it to be a little softer but lowering the psi and new UCAs might help. If not I can drop the front some and still clear my tires.

So I thought about that. The bottom one is backwards I believe, which is no big deal. If the top was flipped, the bolt would push up against that wall before you ever got it out.

Just my opinion as I did the same thing your top shackle bolt is in backwards both nuts go on the outside for sure. That’s why it scraped the inside of the shackle, sucks you have to take it back out but you will have a lot of noise from the metal on metal scraping. 515D9C15-400C-4ABA-941E-0B439CD9516A.jpg

@Bob1971 stated that off-road manual transmissions have the sun glass holder as well because the manual transmission models don’t have crawl control. I knew I was missing something! o_O

I used Rhino ramps with a jack underneath for extra safety. Much more stable.

Cleaned the K&N air filter and topped off coolant. Also noticed rust inside the uniballs on the All Pro UCA on both sides. We’ve had snow here in Colorado and only driven 3000 miles. Is this normal? Any tips on cleaning/preventing this from happening?

Well, finallyIMG_0955.jpg got the bumper in and on the truck. Waiting on lights. Anyone know if there is an adapter for the trailer electronics hook up. I can get it one inch from the cutout on the bumper.

Looks great! Did you have to do any cutting to get this to work? I’m looking at running 8” et 0 with 4.5 backspacing with these exact tires. I’ll be lifted 2”. I’m curious what I am getting myself into!

You realize at least three quarters of the folks here have no idea what a punch card is, or what it’s for, right? Still funny tho!
