The weld, those were the first 2 welds I made on the machine since the modification if I wanted to waste metal and wire I don't have, it would look much better

I only ran the weld to see if it was going to work not to look pretty or hold anything

Slower wire feed speed

 

Slower wire feed speed = waiting for weld to deposit

When I weld stuff that needs to be held on I run the wire at half the speed I used in the photo

I can see from the photo the first half of that weld was cold... The way it didn't burn back the rust till the half way point
