An SR5 TRD?

 

I thought that all TRDs were by default SR5s? I’ve never seen TRD with crank windows and no A/C!

 

All 1st gens have SR5 emblems on them regardless of trim.

 

I found another scam listed on CL Orange County, California.

I saw something like this on Marketplace here where I am from. Told me to contact their sister at such email, got a "response" about a week later asking for $1200 to hold since there's a lot of bids on Ebay. Reported for phishing and blocked that email. Not sure if my email account is compromised, but I should probably change my password now that I am thinking about it...

 

There are some pretty good anti scammers on youtube, you should send their info to one or two of them.

It’s really satisfying watching these people remote into the scammers’ computers and delete everything while they talk to them.

It’s pure gold.

Actually, it is not the same truck because the one in the Montgomeryville apartment complex has rain guards on both the front and rear windows, and the one at the Horsham Wawa only has them on the front...

A former coworker lives in this neighborhood, and in 2019 I gave her a ride because she has a license but no car; It was then that I first saw this truck (I took a picture and posted it, but can’t find it at the moment)...

Today, I made a DoorDash delivery at another house in the neighborhood (not this one), and the owner happened to be outside so I stopped to chat...

It is a 1996 with the 2.7L and 5-speed, and 370K original miles! The owner told me that it has some rust, but the frame is “okay”; It has a factory cassette deck, but no other options (not even A/C)!
