As an old fart nothing much surprises me anymore, but I remember distinctly being befuddled as a (horny as hell) young teenager (shit never changes) as to the whole girls/women "in love" with prisoners/murderers. I just had not widened my experiential knowledge base to never underestimate a woman's nurturing nature combined with doing the utmost batcrazy shit vicariously. Having multiple (only) daughters, well little did I know I would..........well near be a master at the subject!

 

The Little Things

Denzel Washington, Rami Malek, Jared Leto

Murder cop movie. Denzel is getting old and fat. Still he puts on the better performance of the leads in the movie. Rami should stick to crazy people roles. He is good as a PTSD survivors (e.g., Mr Robot).

My rating is a "Meh Minus". Watch it "free with subscription" on HBO+ but don't pay up for the privilege. I don't regret the 2 hours but.

 

Speaking of little, The Little Hours was good. I'm bias though cause you get to see Aubrey Plaza and Alison Brie semi-nude.

 

My ex's mother owns a yoga studio here in LA that Allison Brie used to work for, before her Community days. In fact if I remember right, she worked there right up until she got that role. I used to help out at the front desk when my ex and I were together and worked with her a couple times. This was probably 2008/2009-ish

She had some crazy long German last name that she doesn't use in Hollywood lol. Schermer something

 

I just watched this the other night and thought it was good. One of my friends said it was better when it was called Seven. Hahaha

It's worth a watch, in my opinion.

 

Watched 2-3 the other night. Still pretty funny. New angles introduced. A little too much PC, but entertaining.

The Dig. Thought this would be another watch with wife (WWW) to make SWMBO happy . Turns out to be a fine movie. I really enjoyed it!

The Wilder People. Loony NZ movie. Funny, serious and good.

 

We watched ‘Missing 411 The Hunted’ on Prime last night. If you’re into hunting/fishing or just the outdoors type, WOW. That documentary will give you the chills

 

Since the office is now on Peacock, which I also subscribe too, I am now watching Naruto on Netflix

 

Snowfall season 4 comes out end of this month, can't wait. Easily one of my favorite TV shows

I just finished the last season of star trek TNG. Watched it as a pre-teen. Now I guess I go further down the wormhole and start DS9

The Musketeers on prime is good. Just started it.

 

I love hunt for the wilderpeople. Actually I've enjoyed all of the Taika Waititi movies.
Jojo Rabbit is one of the most emotional mindfucks I've seen - go from laugh to cry to laugh in ten seconds flat.
