Valve core got missed in the pic, but included

Tube and patch + tire boot are in each frame bag so excluded

No need for a phillips on my bikes and have one on the multi just in case for buddies

Floor pump doesnt fit in 12" case but included
Shock pump not needed. That gets sorted predeparture.

Hangers are something I need to figure out. My Stache and my Sirius have obnoxiously big hangers. The Sirius Id break a derailleur before the hanger no doubt.

Lube will get worked in too

I put a few pairs of surgical/latex gloves in my tool kit as well...helps grip sometimes ,and also keeps grease at bay if needed

I keep a whole box under the seat, a few pairs in the glove box, and have like 20 pairs in my first aid bag.

Absolutely! Great way to see more than what you would get from the road. I think I have been camping and riding since the early 2000s. This was in 2007 camping in sand flats and riding slick rock on DH bikes.... (we found the old chili pepper trails eventually). I can usually do 2 days of riding without a shower then it gets rough.

Having a 8 pattern shower sprayer in my truck is such a nice feature sometimes. :D

    Where in SoCal are you?
We used to zip tie the spare derailleur hanger to the saddle rails? It’s not pretty but it’s there for when you need it. Or you could just omit the hanger and pull some links from the chain and and make a single speed, which is miserable to make work but can get you out.

Party ditch the road past the developed sites? Good times out there.

    Ouch. Fine then...

Building a traveling toolset? Demi torque wrench would be good.

Nice little setup you've got there.

I'm trying to enjoy as much desert riding as I can right now. Fortunately I figured out I can get up to a town at 5k ft in about an hour and 10 minutes so that might be my after work getaway as soon as the heat turns on in June.

The chain trick is prob what I'd have to do. The hanger is a sliding dropout so its the close to the size of a playing card.

What pump are you using with the plug in the bed?

I'm currently using a battery-powered pump, showerhead, and bucket for showering -- which is actually pretty great -- but it's not powerful enough to clean up my bikes. Always looking for new options that hopefully won't break the bank.

Here's my current shower system. No complaints:

Are you running any sort of suspension lift or certain tires to hold the load?

I basically made my own version of that pump with an Amazon RV pump, 12v plug, nanuk plastic case and some hardware from McMaster-carr. Once I sealed everything properly it works like a charm

I do sorta wish I had put it in a case like you did. The bed cubby gets awful dusty and I know some people burn out the pump from schmoo ingress.
