What's your expert opinion? And is a good price cheaper or more expensive than yours?

More expensive than mine by a couple hundred (I think he’s looking to get a grand) but I’m assuming his are in a little nicer condition, fewer miles, and the 700 coils will likely fit your truck better.

Was getting ready to DM him and thought of something. Does Fox make extended length shocks for the rear? Like the King (Tundra) deals?

Yes, they actually have more options than kings in that regard.

They make one that’s comparable to a b110 as far as length goes but a bit beefier. Then you don’t need a relocate if you don’t want one. But relocates and 12” smoothies are worth it.

The relocate is a subject I wanted to bring up with you. So to remind you the Tacoma is my daily and I have a 70 mile one-way commute. On the OME springs and Bilstein shocks and struts I'm very happy with the ride.

I was behind you and Adam and watched you two make a turn and the way you guys wallowed in the rear around that turn made me wonder if the relocate would be one step too far for me.

That’s not really because of the relocate. That has more to do with the soft valved kings up front, and just shock valving in general. Clickers on the shocks would be beneficial in that regard. You can play with it and firm it up for on road driving and soften it up for off-road.

We also don’t have sway bars on.

King needs to offer a short body 11” for the Tacoma. The b110s are good, but too long at full compression

Eh, nothing too crazy. Not bad at all but could be a little better. Still only a 10" shock.

    Measurements: Extended - Collapsed - 15.901 26.027"

    Vs the B110

    16.34" to 27.28

“requires 1” bump stop spacer”. I wonder what bump stops this measurement was based on.

also wonder what the difference between these and the “extended travel OEM fit” offering from king.

I dunno. I *think* that the oem rear kings is around 24.5", EXT is a little longer than that, and now this Tundra offering. I never cared enough to find measurements on those since I was never planning on running them

So that shock from accutune basically is a short body B110. That’s cool.

How do you figure? The b110 is an 11" shock and 27.3" extended. Or are you talking about the tundra one.

I wish you and Adam had seen your beds lean over through that turn. It was crazy. I probably have a little bit until I get all these new suspensions on. You'll probably do the welding because I still don't quite trust my welds.

Doing all this truck stuff is funny to me. I was the go to source for VWs and the Mustang. And now the circle is complete. Or something like that.

that picture is the oem fit extended length.

I’m talking about the tundra one. B110s are actually tundra shocks as well.

I also intentionally huck my truck around corners because I like to pretend I'm BJ Baldwin in a trophy truck. I embrace the lean.

I can't wait to get up there so he can get all my welding done.

He is awesome about welding up stuff for all his friends.
